Full Extension Drawer Guide
Most drawer glides do not provide for the drawer to completely extend so that the back edge of the drawer is outside of the cabinet structure. Full extension drawer glides allow the back of the drawer to pulled completely out of the cabinet structure and hence make it easy to remove and replace objects. Because of the weight of a fully loaded drawer full extension drawer glides must be extremely sturdy and are more expensive than the standard drawer glides.
Full Inset

Full Overlay
When a kitchen cabinet has a frame it can have the door and drawer front sit completely over the frame, basically hiding the frame - this is called a full overlay.
