For those individuals who are active in shooting sports, these shooting bench plans are a must. Some of the shooting benches shown require additional equipment for set-up.
Always read the shooting bench plans carefully and make sure that there is enough information provided for you to be able to complete the project - before you invest in materials. Some of the plans are excellent, giving a great deal of instruction in text, pictures and drawings while other plans are only drawings and still others are only sketches.
As well, some of the shooting bench plans require a woodworking shop that is outfitted with a good selection of stationary power tools such as a table saw, jointer and thickness planer.

A lot of detailed drawings and instructions for this wooden shooting bench. However, I question any shooting bench design that has pointed slats at a horizontal position. This, in my opinion is not safe. There is no reason to have the pointed ends on the table top slats.
